Go-To Breakfasts

Breakfast Burrito:

- 2 eggs

- Handful of spinach

- 1/2 bell pepper

- 1 tortilla (I love Siete almond flour tortillas)

Sauté bell pepper in a pan for a few minutes. Add eggs and spinach. Scramble until done. Add scramble to your tortilla and top with some favorites like salsa, hot sauce, fresh avocado - whatever your heart desires!


- 1/2 frozen banana

- 1/2 cup frozen berries

- 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice

- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

- 1 tablespoon peanut butter

- 1 scoop protein powder (I love using chocolate here)

- 1 cup milk of choice (I use almond milk)

- heaping handful of spinach

Overnight Oats:

- 1/2 mashed banana

- 1/2 cup of oats

- 1/2 cup of milk

- 1/4 cup of greek yogurt

- 2 tablespoons chia seeds

You can eat it as is in the morning or even top with anything you'd like! My favorites are a spoonful of raspberry chia jam and peanut butter.
